Detectives with the Homewood Police Department are seeking help from the public with a shooting that occurred on I-65 South, between the Oxmoor Road and Lakeshore Parkway exits. On Saturday, April 8, 2023 at approximately 7:40pm, the victim was travelling in a silver 2022 Hyundai Accent when persons unknown opened fire from an unknown vehicle, striking the victim and the victim’s vehicle multiple times.
