According to a report filed with Birmingham PD a robbery occurred December 4, 2021, approximately 1:00 pm, at a convenience store in the 1100 block of 3rd Avenue West.  A black male reportedly entered the store and selected three cases of beer before proceeding to walk back out of the store without paying for the items.  According to report an employee attempted to stop this person, but was shoved out of the way.  Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured person they believe to be a suspect in this case.  If you recognize this suspect, or know anything about this reported crime, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.  You remain anonymous and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.
