Birmingham Police Seeking Assistance from the Public with Robbery Investigation

According to a report filed with the Birmingham Police Department, an armed robbery occurred on August 29, 2022 at the Family Dollar Store located in the 5400 block of 1^st Avenue North. Two armed male suspects entered the store just after 9pm. The first suspect was dressed in all black with a white shirt over his head and face, a blue tote bag over his shoulder and white tennis shoes. The second suspect was wearing a red long-sleeved shirt with the number “23” on the left sleeve, black shorts, and white Nike tennis shoes. Detectives obtained these photos from surveillance video and are asking for help from the public with identifying the individuals shown.
