On August 10, 2024, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Mountain Road in Bessemer Alabama regarding an unknown deceased female located lying on the side of the road. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office was able to positively identify the unknown deceased female as Miyell Johnson of New Jersey. Ms. Johnson’s cause of death and last known location is currently undetermined.
