205-254-7777Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Seeking Information on Homicide
On December 23, 2024 the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to investigate a report of a person shot in the 200 block of Polly Reed Road in Center Point. There deputies discovered that Joshua Allums had been shot and ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Detectives are seeking any information the public may have about this homicide.
