MBPD Needs Information Regarding a Hit and Run Fatality Case

The Mountain Brook Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run case involving a fatality that occurred April 16, 2020, around 7:45 pm, on US HWY 280 at Overton Road.  The suspect vehicle is described by witnesses as a white/silver work van. The suspect vehicle should have heavy damage to the passenger side.
