Birmingham Police are asking for help from the public on a homicide that occurred on June 22, 2018, in an alley behind the 1700 block of 28th Street SW in Birmingham. According to Birmingham Police, they received several reports of gunfire in this area around 10pm that night. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Decorian Taylor, age 22, lying deceased in the alley.
