On 12/06/2025 at approximately 19:00hrs, Officers were dispatched to 4300 block of 9th Avenue North on a person shot. Upon arrival officers observed a silver in color Toyota Camry with a black male, identified as Nicholas Ratliff, inside with several gunshot wounds.
