According to a report filed with the Birmingham Police department, 39 year old Perry Joe Lewis Jr. was the victim of a homicide that occurred on Sunday, December 9, 2018, in the 3300 block of Avenue H in Birmingham. Detectives are seeking help from the public with this investigation.
