Birmingham Detectives Need Information in a Homicide Case

According to a report filed with Birmingham PD a homicide victim was discovered laying in Lomb Avenue near McMillon Avenue at approximately 2:30 am on Thursday, June 4, 2020. This victim was identified as Robert Powell Jr. Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured male and female whom they believe may have information pertaining to this case.
