Birmingham Detectives Need Information Regarding a Cold Case Double Homicide

According to detectives with Birmingham PD, on February 12, 2018, BPD officers were dispatched to the intersection of 12th Street and 12th Avenue North on reports of shots fired. In the vicinity they found the bodies of 19 year old Ty Pepper and his 18 year old girlfriend Elizabeth Price on the ground.  Both had been shot multiple times and were the apparent victims of a double homicide.  At the present time detectives are looking for any information that would help them identify those responsible.  If you know anything about this crime please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.  You remain anonymous and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward up to $5,000.
