According to a report filed with Birmingham PD a vehicle was stolen January 10, 2022, approximately 2:30 pm, from a parking garage in the 1400 block of 3rd Avenue South.  The vehicle reportedly stolen is a black 1987 Buick Regal Grand National bearing an Alabama tag.  Detectives reviewed surveillance video captured during the time the crime reportedly occurred indicating a black Dodge Charger entered the deck at 2:30 pm, then left at approximately 3:00 pm with the stolen vehicle trailing behind.  They obtained an image of the pictured black male associated with the black Dodge Charger and deem him to be a suspect they need to identify.  If you recognize this suspect, or know anything about this crime, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.  You remain anonymous and the information you provide to Crime Stoppers leading to the charge and arrest of an identified suspect could result in a cash reward.
