According to Detectives with Jasper PD the pictured person is Rapheal Eldaysis Gaines, 34 years of age, wanted in Walker County on felony warrants charging him with Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Building/Vehicle and three counts of Attempted Murder. Detectives with Jasper PD consider him armed and dangerous and are asking the public’s assistance in locating him.
