Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify a Retail Robbery Suspect

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, on January 27, 2020, approximately 9 pm, a robbery occurred at a Circle K in the 6400 block of Old Springville Road. Detectives obtained surveillance video images of the pictured suspect at this location during the time of the robbery. He is described as a black male, 5’9” to 6’ tall, 140-160 lbs. Detectives believe he is the same person that robbed a cashier at a Family Dollar in the 2300 block of Center Point Parkway in similar fashion on January 4, 2020.  If you recognize this suspect, or know anything about these crimes, please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.
