Jefferson County Detectives Need to Identify Suspect in a Burglary

According to a report filed with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office a burglary occurred September 16, 2020, approximately 7 am, at an apartment complex in the Hoover area. Detectives obtained a video of the suspect from a resident living nearby who witnessed the event and captured it on a cellphone. The suspect is pictured from this video. According to report the victim confronted the suspect and asked him his name whereupon he replied “Kwan” before leaving her apartment. The suspect left in the pictured vehicle bearing a tag registered to a female living in Madison, Alabama. If you recognize this suspect please contact Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.
