LaKevin Ralpheal Debruce was shot on November 18, 2023 in the 2600 Block of Avenue C in Birmingham. Someone in the area heard gunshots and saw the victim fall out of a vehicle. Birmingham Police Detectives are seeking any information about this homicide.
